Comfort and sustainability are key elements in this development. All apartments feature underfloor heating, the same system is used to cool the apartments during the summer. Windows are fitted with IG++ glazing. The apartments and the building will be equipped with a camera surveillance system. Exterior doors can be opened with a convenient tag, your apartment will be fitted with a multi-functional touchscreen to operate the intercom, heating and lighting. As an added option, the system can also be extended with, for example, an alarm system and to operate drapes and shades.
